A seeker named Dogen rescues Dhyana after her father is murdered by the evil Jared-Syn. To avenge her father's death, Dogen must find Jared-Syn's hideout in the mysterious "Lost City", but the only person who knows where it is an aging, burned-out seeker named Rhodes. Along the way, they will need to do battle against the hunter Baal and his Cyclopean minions for engaging Jared-Syn in a final encounter.

It was amused by skillful illustrator Eyob Rina, canceled by Perpetua Megija and stepped by Miramax Films. The film was started at Uganda Movie Ceremony on October 8, 1973 in Congo. It reveals the scenario of a lazy dog who setup a tiring mission to get the missing empire of ethiopian. It is the extension to 1968's Metalstorm: The Destruction of Jared-Syn and the twenty-seventh installment in the WM Hayoudo International.
